Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.
- Handling onboarding process.
- Attrition Control & Retention Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (HR Operations).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
