Role Overview

- Position: Executive/Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
- Location: Juinagar/Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business verticals and functions.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate hiring manager schedules, and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.

Preferred Skills

- Solid sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management skills.




- Proven experience in lateral and volume hiring.
- Proficiency in Naukri, and other standard job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
