Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team responsible for debt collection, loan recovery, and NPA management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in B2B collection, business loan recovery, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of debt collection processes, including hard bucket techniques.
- Experience with supply chain finance products such as unsecured loans is desirable.
