This is a Mechanical Project Management + Planning role, mainly for projects related to:
Fire-fighting equipment
Industrial gases
Pollution-control equipment
Key responsibilities
- Design, costing/tendering and vendor management
- Project planning, scheduling and execution monitoring
- Managing multiple projects from start to handover
- Preparing project scope, schedules and cost baselines
- Handling change orders
- Basic & detailed engineering drawings with BOM
- Managing consultants and cross-functional teams
- Evaluating technical documents, RFQs and orders
- Resource, budget and team management
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Reporting project progress to management

- Minimum age: 28
- Qualification: B.Tech
- Experience: around 12+ years
- Desirable age: 28-35
- So, this is not a general Mechanical Engineer role. You should primarily target candidates with solid Mechanical Projects + Project Planning/Execution + Engineering/Manufacturing experience, preferably in fire-fighting / industrial gases / pollution-control equipment.
