Role & responsibilities
- Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction operations, labor productivity, and subcontractor performance.
- Technical Interpretation: Review, interpret, and implement architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all structural work meets code standards and project specifications.
- Setting Out: Supervise site surveying, leveling, and setting out of reference points and benchmarks.
- Material Management: Estimate, order, and track delivery of construction materials to prevent site delays.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed daily site diaries, logs, and progress reports for project managers.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
