Profile:Preferred Relationship Manager

Location: Ranchi

CTC offered- 6- 12 LPA

Min exp- 5 years

Role & responsibilities

Stable candidate ) minimun 5 yr experince in current organization

- Need candidates who are Deputy Manager (minimum 2-3 years in same grade) / Manager (1 - 2 years in same grade) and handling portfolio size of minimum 15-20 crores. Local candidates who have worked/working in the Ranchi market would be preferred.

( mainly prefered : AXIS BANK ,ICICI BANK ,INDUSLND BANK ,YES BANK ,BANDHAN BANK ,IDFC BANK )

- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking sector only .
- Job role in Retail Banking / Wealth manager
- Knowledge of the Banking Industry
- Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills
- Valuable Communication & Presentation Skills

nterpersonal & Influential Skills.

- Should have a good knowledge of Liability and Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance




- Acquisition of new Preferred customers
- Enhancement & deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer
- Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
- Utilizing the sales resources (BDR or Contractual Executives or Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
- Sales across all product segments Third Party Products, Assets, Cards etc.
- Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Error free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc
