About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to own end-to-end product development across both customer-facing and internal business platforms. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will build current products, scale existing ones, and continuously improve user experiences while driving measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Lead products through every growth stage (0 to 1, 1 to 10, and 10 to 100) by building new solutions and enhancing existing capabilities.
- Own both customer-facing and internal business products, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
- Define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and maintain a roadmap aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to deliver high-quality product initiatives.
- Use analytics, customer insights, experimentation,



and market research to validate ideas and prioritize features.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI to improve customer experience and business productivity.
- Track key product metrics and user feedback to improve adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience building and scaling products across different growth stages with measurable business outcomes.
