Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and reports using ServiceNow's built-in tools such as CMDB.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to end-users.
Job Requirements :
- 5-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM ,CSM, CMDB, ITOM .
- Robust understanding of Service Catalog management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in developing custom modules using ServiceNow's development framework (e.g., workflows, integrations).
- Experience working with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) systems.
