Aimler Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will support various aspects of our online business, including product management, marketplace operations, customer support, order processing, and digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the quick-paced world of e-commerce while contributing to the growth of Aimler Solutions and its affiliated clients.

Responsibilities

- Product Listing & Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Product Listing & Management: Ensure product information, specifications, pricing, descriptions, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Product Listing & Management: Monitor product content quality and maintain consistency across channels.
- Product Listing & Management: Assist in catalog management and product data organization.
- Digital Marketing Support: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing Support: Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in implementing SEO best practices for product listings and website content.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Candidates with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Shift Timing: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday); Night Shift 6:30 pm to 3:00 am
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
