Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Home Loans and LAP in the assigned territory.
- Source leads through DSAs, DST, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct market sourcing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase customer acquisition.
- Meet customers, understand their financial requirements, and pitch suitable loan products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation login sanction disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of customer KYC, income, and property documents.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely disbursement.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular business from existing channel partners and onboard current DSAs.
- Track sales performance, maintain MIS/CRM records, and provide regular reports.
