Preferred candidate details

B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ICWA/CMA or CA Inter, with hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, collections and financial reporting. Experience with a large residential society, property management company or facilities management organisation is preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable with Tally, Excel and accounting or society management software, and able to explain financial matters clearly to the Management Committee.

Job description

Aparna Sarovar is a premium residential community in Nallagandla, Hyderabad, with over 1,100 flats. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage the societys finances, maintain accurate records and provide timely financial information to the Management Committee.

Key responsibilities

* Manage maintenance billing, collections, outstanding dues,



vendor payments and bank reconciliations.

* Complete monthly accounts and prepare income and expenditure statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.

* Prepare annual budgets and track actual expenditure against approved budgets.

* Check invoices, supporting documents and approvals before processing payments.

* Coordinate applicable tax filings and statutory compliance with the society’s consultants.

* Maintain records for audits and respond to audit queries.

* Handle residents’ billing and account queries.

* Supervise the accounts team and maintain explicit processes and payment controls.
