Key Responsibilities

Incentive Program Management

- Design and implement sales incentive structures tailored to insurance products (life, health,

general).

- Ensure incentive plans align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and profitability

targets.

- Calculation & Reporting
- Accurately calculate monthly/quarterly/annual incentives based on sales performance data.
- Maintain automated tools, dashboards, and reports to track incentive payouts.
- Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies in sales records.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze sales trends and incentive effectiveness to recommend plan adjustments.
- Provide insights to management on incentive-driven performance outcomes.
- Compliance & Governance
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of incentive calculations and approvals.
- Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline incentive processes.
- Act as a point of contact for sales staff regarding incentive queries.

Education:- Any Graduate

Work Experience:- 5+ Years
