The post-sales officer/Senior Officer handles complex financial reconciliations, compliance drafting, and dispute management within the post-sales lifecycle. This role requires an advanced understanding of real estate compliance, legal procedures, and cross-functional coordination to maintain absolute financial and data accuracy across all sold inventories.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reconciliation: Cross-verify payment histories within sales software against account bank statements to rectify discrepancies.
- Legal & Registry Drafting: Oversee the drafting of final conveyance deeds, registries, and possession letters, ensuring error-free documentation.
- Advanced Voucher Approvals: Generate and approve Journal Vouchers (JVs), process broker payouts,



and manage interest configurations or waiver requests in the system.
- Escalation Resolution: Manage complex customer disputes regarding delays, interest calculations, or property specifications.
- Refund & Resale Supervision: Independently verify reasons for cancellations via Project Information Memorandums (PIMs) and explicit complex refund vouchers.
- Interdepartmental Alignment: Work directly with the legal, finance, and construction site teams to ensure regulatory and policy alignment.
