Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/BI Project Manager to lead and deliver high impact projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of SAP BW/BI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Monitor and report on project progress,



addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP BW/BI environments.
- Robust understanding of SAP BW architecture and data modeling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
