Location : Mumbai

Experience: 37 years .

Work Schedule: 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

v Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 firewall support in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Monitor firewall infrastructure and respond to security/network incidents.

Manage and troubleshoot FortiGate and Check Point firewalls.

Troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, routing, VPN and connectivity issues.

Monitor CPU, memory, sessions, interfaces and HA status.

Analyze firewall logs and perform packet-flow/traffic troubleshooting.

Handle incidents, service requests and approved firewall changes.

Support IPsec VPN,



SSL VPN and HA/failover troubleshooting.

Coordinate with Network, Server, Application, SOC and vendor teams during incidents.

Perform firewall rule review, cleanup and compliance checks.

Support firewall upgrades, patches, migrations and DR activities.

Ensure proper shift handover, documentation and tracking of pending issues.

Participate in critical incident troubleshooting and escalation when required.

Support weekend/holiday maintenance activities based on the shift roster.

Maintain operational documents, SOPs, troubleshooting guides and daily shift reports
