Preferred candidate profile

- Postgraduate with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Commercial Policy Management, Pricing Governance, or Process Governance.

- Experience in manufacturing setup.

- Experience in developing, reviewing, implementing, and governing commercial policies and standard operating procedures.

- Solid understanding of pricing controls, price master management, approval workflows, and commercial governance frameworks.

- Experience in policy compliance, internal audits, process controls, and exception management.

- Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business, Commercial, Finance, Sales, and IT teams.

- Exposure to workflow automation, ERP systems, digital enablement, and process improvement initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

- Commercial Policy Development & Governance: Develop new commercial policies based on business requirements, review and update existing policies, and ensure timely approvals through established governance processes.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business, commercial,



and cross-functional teams to implement policies, communicate policy changes, and guide stakeholders on handling exceptions.

- Policy Implementation & Automation: Drive policy implementation across business functions, streamline processes, and promote workflow automation, digital enablement, and system integration.

- Compliance & Audit: Monitor policy adherence through periodic compliance audits and analytics, maintain updated policy documentation, and conduct awareness and training initiatives.

- Pricing Governance: Ensure accurate and policy-compliant pricing through appropriate controls, approvals, and timely updates.

- Price Master Management: Monitor and maintain pricing master data, strengthen governance controls, and drive automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing commercial processes and implement improvements to strengthen governance, standardization, and operational efficiency.
