We are looking for backend Developer (Python Developer/Dot Net Developer)permanent position with MNC company for Bangalore location

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 4to 9 years

Location:- Bengaluru 4 Days WFO
Industry: Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Banking & Financial Services
Primary Skills: C#/.NET or Python
Cloud Expertise: Microsoft Azure or AWS

Mandatory Skills

- 4-9 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in either C#/.NET or Python.
- Strong practical experience with Azure or AWS, preferably including architecture and production operations.
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Valuable understanding of SQL databases and database performance optimization.
- Experience with messaging systems, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.
- Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong debugging,



problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in Tier-1 investment banks, global banks, capital markets firms, or large financial services organizations.
- Exposure to trading, payments, risk, pricing, market data, or transaction processing platforms.
- Experience with Kafka, high-throughput messaging, or low-latency backend services.
- Familiarity with financial services security, audit, operational resilience, and regulatory controls.
- Azure or AWS professional-level certifications are an advantage.

Technology-Specific Expectations

For .NET developers: C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, async/await, dependency injection, Entity Framework Core, and performance optimization.

For Python developers: Advanced Python, FastAPI/Django/Flask, asynchronous programming, type hints, testing, profiling, and production deployment.
