Job Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective customers from HVAC and fire fighting piping system to sell the pipe support systems for chilled water, condenser water, refrigerant, HVAC and Firefighting piping.

- Meet pluming consultants, HVAC consultants, and Fire Fighting design consultants for our product approval and specification acceptance with make approvals.

- Review, study HVAC piping drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and approved specifications to select right products and quote to customers

- Select suitable pipe supports based on pipe size, load, insulation, and site conditions.

- Provide Installation guidance for current sites regarding pipe hangers, trapeze supports, U-bolts, clamps, threaded rods, channels, anchors, and brackets.

- Provide suitable insulation protection and pipe saddles to prevent damage or crushing of insulation.

- Coordinate with HVAC, MEP, structural, and civil teams for product selling

- Prepare material requirements, quantity take-offs,



and BOQs for pipe support systems.

- Meet, negotiate with customers to get the orders. Process the order to the factory and supply of materials.

- Following and collection of receivables as per payments terms

- Keep a track of competitor activities and market scenario

- Participate in seminars and exhibitions to market our products

- Prepare and submit various reports to the higher authorities and carry out the tasks given by them.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of HVAC & Fire Fighting piping and pipe support systems.

- Ability to read and understand HVAC/MEP drawings.

- Knowledge of pipe support materials and installation methods.

- Good contacts in the HVAC & Fire Fighting contractors and Consultants.

- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
