Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish goals, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid background in DMS (Distribution Management System) implementation using SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools like Salesforce Integration.
- Proven expertise in RTM (Return To Merchant) process optimization through effective distribution management.
