Handle regular calls and communication with franchise owners and their representatives.

Coordinate with franchise owners, outlet managers, and outlet teams for day-to-day operational requirements.

Explain and ensure proper implementation of Cremeborne SOPs, processes, and brand guidelines.

Take regular updates on outlet operations, sales, staffing, inventory, customer issues, and other operational matters.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, Accounts, Marketing, and HR to resolve franchise-related issues.

Follow up on pending operational requirements and ensure timely closure.

Conduct regular SOP compliance and outlet performance checks and identify areas requiring improvement.

Maintain proper records of franchise communication, issues, follow-ups, action points, and resolutions.

Monitor recurring operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams for corrective action.

Escalate critical operational, compliance, or franchise-related issues to management.

Maintain qualified and positive relationships with franchise partners.

Prepare and share regular franchise performance and issue reports with management.
