Factory AccountantWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Accountant to oversee the complete accounts and finance-related activities of our manufacturing unit.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire accounting section of the factory and ensure all entries and records are accurate and up to date.
- Check, verify and correct accounting mistakes, discrepancies and missing entries.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and factory management regarding accounts and financial matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, receipts and other financial records.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and regularly follow up with customers for payment collection.
- Maintain an updated customer outstanding / receivables report.
- Coordinate with the sales team for payment follow-ups and overdue accounts.
- Verify supplier bills and payments before processing.
- Assist with Tally entries, reconciliation and monthly accounts closing.




- Monitor cash transactions and ensure proper recording of all cash receipts and payments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, collections, outstanding payments, expenses and cash flow for management.
- Identify irregularities or financial discrepancies and report them to management immediately.
- Ensure the accounts section follows proper company procedures and controls.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy and discipline of the factory accounts department.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as an Accountant / Senior Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Excel and basic accounting.
- Strong understanding of receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and customer outstanding.
- Positive communication skills for payment collection and customer follow-up.
- Should be responsible, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Ability to identify mistakes and take corrective action.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
