Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in US healthcare sales, business development, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have experience generating leads, conducting cold calls, building client relationships, and acquiring new business from US healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to connect with US healthcare providers.
- Promote medical billing, RCM, and other healthcare-related services.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, medical practices, clinics, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, track leads, and prepare regular business development reports.




- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US healthcare business development or sales.
- Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare market and healthcare provider sales.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US-based clients and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Work Schedule

- Shift: US business hours
- Working Hours: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST
- Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a strong background in US healthcare sales, medical billing, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing who can independently generate leads and develop current client relationships are preferred.
