Your key responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, MCCs, PCCs, transformers, DG sets, switchgear, VFDs, and electrical control circuits.
- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment, wiring, and power distribution systems.
- Perform routine inspections, motor health checks, insulation testing, and cable fault identification.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, permit-to-work systems, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, equipment history cards, and spare parts inventory.
- Support shutdown maintenance, reliability improvement projects, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, contractors, and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure minimum downtime of production and utility equipment.
- Support operation and maintenance of compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and water treatment systems from an electrical perspective.
- Monitor electrical parameters and identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors,



limit switches, solenoid valves, and instrumentation interfaces.

Required Qualifications

- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Electrical Wireman/Supervisor License (preferred).
- Knowledge of Indian Electrical Standards and safety regulations.

- Hands-on experience with HT/LT Electrical Systems, Motors Motor Control Centers (MCC), Transformers DG Sets, VFDs Soft Starters, Electrical Panels Switchgear.
- Familiar with safety protocols and standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
