Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, gearboxes, agitators, blowers, valves, and piping systems.
- Carry out equipment overhauling, alignment, bearing replacement, and mechanical seal replacement.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical equipment.
- Execute shutdown maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Follow safety procedures, LOTO requirements, and GMP standards during maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts consumption data.
- Identify equipment failures, assist in root cause analysis, and implement reliability improvement actions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering,



and contractor teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

You bring

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, gearboxes, agitators, blowers, valves, and piping systems.
- Familiar with GMP, safety protocols and standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
