Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, hair care, beauty, or personal care products.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels, retail sales,
and brand development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recent distributor and retailer acquisition.
- Revenue growth and market expansion.
- Brand awareness and product visibility.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
