The key priority is to identify a candidate with solid regional experience in handling complex Employee Relations (ER) cases. Candidates should have hands-on ER experience across multiple major APAC jurisdictions, particularly India, Japan, China, and other relevant markets.
Key Points to Consider:
- Strong hands-on experience in complex ER matters
- Exposure to multiple APAC jurisdictions
- Experience across India, Japan, China, etc.
- People management / line management experience
- Candidate should be open to a 3 to 6 month contract
- Preferably based in Mumbai or New Delhi
