Role Overview

This role works with enterprise data to solve business problems, building and maintaining analytics solutions. The occupant shall understand the end user needs, help execute Data Science experiments, implement ML models in production and contribute towards presentation layer. The data involves both structured and unstructured data that should be leveraged for driving intelligence by implementing classical Machine Learning solutions, Deep Learning solutions, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Capability to understand business problems and propose intelligent solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
2. Execute data science experiments and get them approved.
3. End to end deployment of approved solutions using MLOps best practices.
4. Clear articulation and structuring of project findings.
5.



Technical skills to analyze large datasets to derive business insights and create innovative solutions.
6. Setup and develop use cases related to text analytics, classification, machine translation, chatbots etc. leveraging emerging technologies like GenAI and Agentic AI.
7. Develop analytics solutions and dashboards.

Required Skills

- Academic credentials (credible certifications, Diploma, Degree) in Statistics or Data Science.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data science, and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence fundamentals.
- Familiarity with modern data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence libraries.
- Solid experience with Python ecosystem and object oriented programming. Exposure to PySpark to harness Big Data is a plus.
- Positive experience in managing stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience with data visualization/exploration tools including Power BI.
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, specifically Redshift and RDS is desirable.
- Ability to articulate solutions and process designs clearly.
- Excellent, communication, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a strong team player
