Hiring: Family Office Manager - Finance, Taxation Investments | Mumbai

CTC: Up to 30-35 LPA

We are looking for a CA-qualified finance professional to manage the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment Accounting, Compliance and MIS function for a prominent HNI family office in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage family office accounts, financial reporting and MIS
- Handle taxation including Income Tax, TDS and GST
- Manage investment accounting and reporting across Equity, PMS, Mutual Funds, Bonds, AIFs and other investments
- Coordinate Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits
- Monitor and report on family-owned real estate and related financial matters
- Coordinate with CAs, Tax Advisors, Auditors, Banks, Wealth Managers and Investment Advisors
- Review and supervise the existing finance/accounts team




- Act as the key finance interface with senior family members and advisors
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timely compliance

Ideal Candidate:
Qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in Family Office / Private Wealth / HNI-UHNI / Promoter Group / Family Business / CA Advisory workplace , with strong exposure to Accounts, Taxation, Investments, MIS and Compliance .

Candidates with prior experience managing finances for HNI/UHNI families or promoter groups will be preferred.
