Job Summary

15+ years of IT and Telecom Testing experience with at least 8+ years in leading large-scale OSS/BSS System Integration Testing (SIT) programs.

Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for Telecom BSS and OSS ecosystems comprising CRM, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Billing, Rating, Charging, Mediation, Dunning Collections, Point of Sale (POS), Digital Channels, Provisioning, and downstream Finance systems.

Extensive experience leading SIT for Telecom OSS BSS Transformation Modernization, Cloud Migration, and Digital Transformation.

Proven track record of managing large distributed testing teams comprising Test Managers, Test Leads, Test Engineers, Automation Engineers, Performance Testers, Defect Managers, and Business SMEs.

Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments involving System Integrators, Product Vendors, Business Teams, Development Teams, and Operations teams.





Demonstrated experience in managing SIT across complex microservices-based and API-driven architectures.

Strong experience in test governance, risk management, defect management, release management, setting management, and stakeholder communication.

Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery models and DevOps-enabled testing practices.

Exposure to Telecom Billing platforms, Convergent Charging Systems, Revenue Management, Revenue Assurance, and Financial Reconciliation processes is highly desirable.

Extremely good communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations.
