Preferably 2-4 years of experience in the Urology segment; freshers can be considered depending upon the qualification & knowledge

Qualification

B. Pharm, M. Pharm, BSC Science graduates

Compensation

Negotiable for experienced candidates; as per industry standards for freshers

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd. is inviting motivated and result-oriented candidates to join its Urology Division. The Business Executive will support territory growth through scientific product promotion, healthcare-professional engagement and effective execution of sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promote and detail the company’s urology portfolio to urologists, physicians and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Build professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and distributors.




- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and expand territory coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits, doctor calls, product presentations and follow-up activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support prescription generation through effective product communication.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with channel partners to support product availability and market development.
- Execute promotional campaigns, doctor engagement activities and scientific meetings.
- Maintain daily reports, tour plans and sales records while following company policies and ethical promotional practices.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Solid relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred age: Up to 25–26 years, subject to company hiring criteria.
