7-9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role. Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.), especially in largescale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification).

Requirements

- 7-9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4 years in a Test Lead role
- Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain experience (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.), especially in largescale transformation or modernization programs (demonstrated through Work Experience and/or Certification)
- Proven experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple applications and vendors
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns
- Knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts, principles,



tools, LLM models
- Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane
- Hands on experience in leading / implementing at least 3+ mid-size Automation projects
- Hands-on experience in leading teams for Indian and/or International Clients in Telecom sector
- Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects
- Positive knowledge / experience in Performance Testing / Engineering
- Strong communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations, perception management, reporting skills
