Position Overview: Software Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and providing resolution for BMC BPPM/TrueSight system. He/She will ensure that BMC BPPM/TrueSight systems are correctly monitored, maintained, and accessed to ensure accurate high availability for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs
- Experience in L3 Support, Administration and Development is essential.
- Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
- Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports
- Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues.
- Follow the ITIL standard best processes.
- Recommend plan upgrades/patches and roll out of recent features
- Assist customer drive adoption of the monitoring solution across the environments
- Work closely with Service Owners to review service delivery quality with focus on continuous improvement
Experience
- Experience: 3+ years

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / BSc / MSc / BCA / MCA
