Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – L&D; and Employee Engagement to join the Human Resource Development (HRD) team of a leading global financial services organization in Chennai.

The role will focus on driving Learning & Development, Training Needs Identification, competency mapping, employee engagement, vendor management, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with robust stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of independently managing HR initiatives and presenting data-driven insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Manage L&D; programs, training calendars, TNI/TNA, and feedback.

2. Drive employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

3. Support competency mapping and skill-gap identification.

4. Manage training vendors, SLAs, coordination, and performance.

5. Track L&D; metrics, dashboards, onboarding, and induction activities.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, HR Development, or a closely related HR function.

2. Strong hands-on experience in TNI/TNA, training lifecycle management, competency mapping, and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Experience in vendor management, including vendor coordination, SLA management, performance monitoring, and commercial negotiations.

4. Good understanding of LMS/HRMS, ADDIE methodology, training analytics, and dashboarding tools such as Advanced Excel or Power BI.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, project management,



and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple HR initiatives.
