Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused US Email & Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide prompt and qualified support to US-based customers through email and live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, good typing speed, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through email and live chat for US-based customers.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA/TAT.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update information accurately in CRM/system.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.




- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats/emails.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
