CCTV Operator / Supervisor Vadodara | Full-Time | On-Site

Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and identify/report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Coordinate with the CCTV/security team and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Supervise the team, maintain discipline, attendance and task accountability.
- Maintain incident and daily monitoring records.
- Coordinate with management during security incidents.
- Check CCTV system functionality and report technical issues.
- Identify security gaps and suggest improvements.

Requirements

- 5+ years of CCTV/security supervision experience, good observation and communication skills, and ability to manage a team.
- Retired security/CCTV personnel are also welcome to apply.
- Job Types: Full time, Permanent
