Job Title: Female-Social Media Specialist

Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Female-Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence in the womens fashion segment. This role involves content creation, strategy execution, and brand building across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management
- Connect with stylists, celebrities for sourcing and events
- Connect with influencers for collaborations
- Connect with different organizations for events and brand visibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Brainstorm new ideas for social media activity
- Manage and grow Instagram and other platforms (Facebook, YouTube, X, Pinterest)
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on trends, festivals, and campaigns
- Creating engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

- Conduct product shoots (photos & videos) for social media and website
- Edit content using tools like Canva, Edits, Complete Adobe Suite, etc.
- Collaborate with influencers and execute campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for content alignment




- Upload and manage products on the website (shopify)

Analytics & Performance

- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights

Brand Management

- Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and aesthetics

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of Experience managing Instagram business accounts
- Advanced photography & videography skills (mobile photography acceptable)
- Knowledge of editing tools (Canva, Edits, Complete Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of Instagram ads and boosting
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of graphic design is a mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industry
- Knowledge of womens ethnic wear trends
- Background in Fashion, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Ability to create high-quality reels, videos, and visual content
