Role Purpose: We are looking for energetic and result-oriented M2/M3 grade Relationship Managers to drive Small Ticket Working Capital business for customers in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) industry. The role will focus on leveraging the existing CVCE Retail customer database for integrated sourcing, relationship expansion, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive acquisition of Small Ticket Working Capital customers from the existing CV & CE retail customer base.
- Identify working capital requirements of transporters, fleet operators, contractors, and CE owners through data-driven engagement.
- Build and grow a high-quality pipeline through integrated sourcing and cross-sell initiatives.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle including sourcing, credit assessment, onboarding, documentation, and disbursement.
- Strengthen dealer and ecosystem relationships to enhance customer penetration.
- Ensure achievement of business, profitability, portfolio quality, and cross-sell targets.
- Coordinate effectively with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Retail CVCE teams for seamless execution.
