Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) Legal

The Senior Manager / AGM Legal will lead the in-house legal and regulatory functions for the organization. The role requires profound expertise in property laws, land acquisition processes, title due diligence, regulatory compliance (including RERA), and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate serves as a strategic business partner to safeguard the company's assets, mitigate commercial and legal risks, and manage high-stakes real estate transactions.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized institution, with mandatory active enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of post-qualification hands-on legal experience, preferably split between a reputed real estate developer and a top-tier law firm.
- Core Skills:




- In-depth command over Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition Laws, Contract Act, and local state revenue acts.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with sound commercial judgment.
- Robust interpersonal, networking, and external counsel management skills.
