We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Operator to manage day-to-day plant operations. The Operator will be responsible for executing field operations in alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves close coordination with the Panel Operator and Shift Engineer to ensure seamless plant functionality.

Responsibilities

- Execute daily operational tasks in the field as per defined SOPs.
- Monitor equipment and process parameters to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.




- Coordinate with the Panel Operator and Shift Engineer for productive plant operations.
- Participate in regular safety drills and training programs.
- Report any equipment anomalies or unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Chemical or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in plant operations preferably in energy gas or process industries.
- Strong understanding of plant safety and operational procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and under field conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
