- 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with hands-on SAP SD end-user experience is mandatory.
- Practical experience in Sales Order Entry and Export Logistics activities.
- Good understanding and hands-on exposure to export clearance, vessel/flight booking, and pre- and post-shipment documentation.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
- Experience working with CHA (Customs House Agent), transporters, and manufacturing organizations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams, customers, CHA, transporters, and logistics partners.
