Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install operating systems (OS) on new devices and configure Outlook email clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in desktop support or end-user support role.
- Solid knowledge of OS installation and configuration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software problems using various tools such as antivirus software, firewalls, etc.
