Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.




- Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, SQL, AWS/Azure, DevOps, etc.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate-sourcing skills.
- Good understanding of IT job roles and technical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment management systems.
