Role Overview:
Join Axis Bank's Branch Banking team and be the face of the bank for customers. As a Branch Relationship Officer (BRO), you will drive customer acquisition, cross-sell banking products, deliver excellent service, and build solid customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers through referrals and lead generation activities.
- Cross-sell banking and third-party products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, and Deposits.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT.
- Promote digital banking channels such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and WhatsApp Banking.
- Participate in branch sales campaigns, customer visits, and marketing initiatives.




- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institute.
- 0-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
