Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Windows endpoints, including activation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Implement Endpoint Security measures using Intune and SCCM to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform patch management tasks to keep systems up-to-date with latest software updates and security patches.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, group policy, and user account management.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role as a System Administrator or equivalent position.
- Proficiency in activating, configuring, managing Windows endpoints using various tools such as Intune and SCCM.
- Robust understanding of active directory concepts, including group policy creation and management.
- Experience with patch management processes for securing IT infrastructure against known vulnerabilities.
