Architect (DCPR)

Job Description:

* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

* Develop drawings as per DCPR (Development Control & Promotion Regulations) and local municipal requirements.

* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders.

* Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.

* Make revisions and modifications based on project/client requirements.

* Prepare drawings for submission to relevant authorities and support the approval process.

Requirements:

* Diploma/ITI/Certification in Architectural Draughtsmanship or relevant field.

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.

* Hands-on experience with DCPR and municipal approval drawings is mandatory.

* Good understanding of architectural detailing, building regulations, and construction drawings.

* Solid attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
