Job Title: Manager Internal Audit-Non FS

Experience: 6-12 Years

Diploma: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA or B.Com

Requirements:

* Design and execute internal audit plans to assess operational efficiency and risk management in non-financial services sectors.

* Develop and implement audit procedures to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Conduct risk-based audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management.

* Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and resolve any audit findings.

* Develop and maintain relationships with process owners to stay updated on business changes and identify audit priorities.

Preferred Skills:





* Experience with internal audit frameworks such as COSO and COBIT, and knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX and ISO 27001.

* Proficiency in audit tools and technologies such as ACL, IDEA, and data analytics software.

* Knowledge of risk management frameworks and experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk-based audit plans.

* Experience in managing and leading audit teams, and providing guidance and training to junior auditors.

* Certification in internal audit such as CIA, CISA, or CRMA, and experience in non-financial services sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, or technology.
