Role & responsibilities

- Understand technical requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases/ATS.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Negotiate compensation and assist with offer discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of IT roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Python Developer, React Developer, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.




- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT/Technical Recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also be considered.
