- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, work orders, agreements, and related commercial documents with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from pre-contract stage through execution, amendments, closure, and final settlement.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, scope of work, commercial terms, payment terms, exclusions, and contractual conditions.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with project requirements, company policies, budgets, and applicable legal/commercial requirements.
- Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and compliance of contractors and consultants.
- Evaluate and manage variation orders, extra items, deviations, rate revisions, and claims raised by contractors.
- Review and assess contractor claims, extension of time (EOT), liquidated damages, escalation, and other contractual entitlements.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to protect the company's commercial interests.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Design, and Planning teams for smooth contract execution and administration.




- Maintain proper records of contracts, amendments, correspondence, claims, variations, approvals, and other contractual documentation.
- Support project teams in resolving contractual disputes and commercial issues with contractors and consultants.
- Assist in negotiations with contractors and vendors to achieve commercially favorable terms.
- Track contract performance against agreed commercial and contractual conditions.
- Prepare MIS and periodic reports related to contracts, variations, claims, commitments, and commercial exposure.
- Ensure timely renewal, extension, closure, and final settlement of contracts.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant contractual and commercial documentation.
- Manage and administer various contract packages including Civil, MEP, Finishing, Landscaping, Infrastructure, Consultants, and other project-related packages.
- Review and negotiate commercial and contractual terms for different contract packages, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timelines, and company requirements.
