About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end HR & Admin operations with minimal supervision.

The role involves managing HR Operations, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HRMS and Administration, while working closely with management on employee and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, appraisals, exits and Full & Final Settlement.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers and onboarding.

- Manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, incentives and Full & Final Settlement.





- Ensure timely statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH and Shops & Establishment requirements.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, employee relations and engagement initiatives.

- Manage HRMS, employee documentation, HR MIS and HR reporting.

- Support performance management, appraisal cycles, retention and employee development initiatives.

- Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, housekeeping, security and maintenance.

- Work with management on manpower planning, employee retention and HR process improvements.

- Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team and support HR automation initiatives.
