Job Role:

Make reminder calls to customers in bucket 0, 1, 2, and 3 for loan recovery.

Follow up for overdue payments and maintain daily collection records.

Handle tele-calling and coordinate with field staff if needed.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Maintain professionalism and comply with RBI/NBFC collection guidelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 years of experience in collection

*Basic computer knowledge

*Qualification: Graduate/hsc (30k+ salary candidates need to be graduates)

Job Title: Tele Collection Executive (Nahur)

*Job Location: Near Nahur Railway Station, Bhandup West,





*Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound collection calls for overdue loan/EMI payments

- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments

- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues

- Maintain accurate call records and update collection status in the system

- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines

- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of Tele Collection/Collection experience

- DRA and Non-DRA candidates can apply

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Experience proof and relieving letter mandatory

- HSC/Graduation required

*Training: 7 days of training will be provided

*Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

*Salary: 16,000 – 20,000 In-hand (Based on experience)
